Pros

Rose's has some good people working there. Really good customers . They pay travel expenses if you have to work at another store.

Cons

The don't pay good at all. They pay men a lot more than women. You are always working short staffed.

Great District Manager, he loves his job and cares about his associates

Cons

Over worked and under paid.. As an assistant I worked over 45 hours and was way under paid for that store. Not enough structure, sales associates over worked and over looked.

Pros

There weren't any really. I guess the only pro was that I was the the best worker there...because I was the only person with a professional demeanor

Cons

Dangerous area, no loss prevention, low pay with no raise, dirty store, the public was allowed to use the break room bathroom, horrible customers, no help from other cashiers during busy hours.
