Pros

Central location in London, happy to let you visit American offices, friendly team. Gave me autonomy and let me do my job without any micromanagement.

Cons

Management didn't support the European business enough and also made some poor decisions involving how to advance the product for the younger market. Didn't really encourage you to socialise with your colleagues.

Nice team members to work with and good scaled agile methodology. Easy to have work and life balance even during a busy project.

Cons

Too many and frequent changes on organizations, leadership, policy, way to expand business. other than that, almost no cons in this company
