Pros

Fast growing with lots of future opportunities. Discount. Generally fun people to work with.

Cons

Constant pressure to get by with less. I have closed a store at night with myself and 3 people for the last 5 hours leading to close which is ridiculous. It is discouraging to have such disrespectful customers and some managers that just don't take much pride in their jobs.

Pros

The discounts are good.If you know nothing about retail its an easy program to learn about retail and get an over all understanding.

Cons

The pay is low and the raises are small. It's hard to grow. It's all about saving the company money and they don't really care about their employees, so there is a lot of turn over.
