      Pros

      Very good discount, occasional 40% off, employees are good to work with, meet new people, very compatible to school schedule (because they are desperate to keep you...high turnover)

      Cons

      no advancement, the place is a mess and no recognition from managers (better pay??) the pay rate is horrible, store managers hardly do anything while everyone is doing everything, closing is scheduled at 11 but sometimes 12-1, corporate ideas never work, high turnover, but good job for part-time students, managers differ on their orders because corporate objectives are unrealistic...1 manager may make you size while the other just makes you put the clothes over the rack and from the round
