Pros

great people to work with. Most of management is fun yet professional. Understanding when it comes to personal life. you get a discount on already cheap clothing.

Cons

Terrible customers. amount of hours suck and closing shift can sometimes end really late. Lots of work and very little pay. Unpredictable schedules and random payroll cuts. 40% should be the all around discount not just a few times a year. Very chaotic environment. the discount doesn't apply to everything.

Pros

20% off , sometimes 40% off

Cons

underpay, promoted but no pay raise - even after a year. usually asked to stay a couple "minutes" more (which is equivalent to an hour). Breaks and lunches are unorganized

Pros

There really aren't that many reasons to work at Ross outside of getting a paycheck. The only good thing I can think of is that one could get a lot of hours.

Cons

There was employee reliability, bad communication within the store hierarchy, and bad organization from the managers resulting in late schedule posting. A store associate at Ross basically does all the jobs within the store for minimum pay.
