Pros

Benefits are good and start immediately

Cons

No work life balance, no HR or Regional support. I have been in retail for 25 years and this has to be one of the worse experiences I have ever had. Do not work here

Pros

The company as a whole is decent and it's doing well financially so there's job stability in that. The pay is pretty good as well. It's a typical corporate environment.

Cons

The buying side of the company is a mess. There is little care about the associates and many are expected to work off the clock. We are over-run with things to do and then yelled at when we can't complete everything. The expectations are unrealistic and the switch to virtual has been a nightmare.

Pros

the assistants themselves are great, the collaborative environment is great, employee discount is decent

Cons

So toxic, upper management plays favorites, no room to grow, cheap company that won’t invest in their employees
