At first I was excited about this job, I gave it a lot of effort to do my best and got the numbers they need to go from seasonal to a full employee. After the season was over my hours went from mid 20s to 10. I talked to management multiple times saying I could work full-time, they told me every time that I would get more hours soon. They will only give more hours to senior employees, I got nothing unless it was seasonal. Also, I acquired a back injury while working here that had me in physical therapy for weeks, they had a chair they let every single person use except the 1 manager that was mad at me because I was not as fast anymore so she started taking the chair... from only me. I had to go to HR about it and they basically told them they can't have the chair, which they didn't listen to and kept in the area anyway until *just me* could get an official doctors note. Then after getting the note they cut me to 3 hours a week. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager in the last 15 years and cannot believe Ross did nothing in this situation. Bad hours. Bad managers. Bad HR.
