      Pros

      9/80 schedule Awesome coworkers Good benefits Doesn't matter the position upper management never makes you feel like you are below them. You feel equal to everyone. Very understanding when it comes to family obligations or needs.

      Cons

      Commissions could definitely be better but still decent. Direct hire commissions are good but temp commission is very minimal and takes a while to ramp up. Overall though no real complaints.

      Pros

      Great culture that promotes purpose by helping others while making coworkers happy. Team-oriented organization, management takes care of their employees and listens to their coworkers. Competitive salaries, work-life balance (9/80 Schedule!), benefits, and lots of growth potential. Annual Hawaii trip for top performers, constant recognition and very engaging organization.

      Cons

      No complaints, if i had any they would do their best to address it.

      Pros

      Fun engaging co-workers and a nice office space.

      Cons

      Promote a happy, healthy, we are different type of culture, but when it comes down to it, it's a what have you done for me lately type of place. Unsure of who is really calling the shots, management in Atlanta or Corporate in CA. Internal office politics will not be avoided here. Agenda's will be presented to the team, while a different direction is negotiated behind the scenes.
