Not having to go into the office but once a week to turn the paperwork is nice with being able to long on from home and work.

Cons

You have to buy your own van. Management only cares about numbers, they will run you to death 80 plus hours a week and they are never happy. Management knows nothing about plumbing, not much room for advancement,

Will work with your schedule especially if you are going to school/college. Relaxed environment, pay is good for a full-time job while attending school. Possible options to work graveyard shift.

Cons

A bit difficult to move up into management positions and the company has been downsized recently so positions are becoming more limited.

A very vague pay structure. Management lied to me every step of the way. I left a good job based on the lies they pounded into my head. I drank the Kool Aid and got burned. In your job has zilch to do with plumbing. It's all about SELL SELL SELL. I didn't work with one licensed plumber. Not one. They rip off customers with astronomical prices and the office staff were mean and rude and unqualified. Stay away and don't even think about applying here. Hard work is met with negative results. 14 hour days based on no commission equals some days working for zero pay. Zero paying days are more frequent than should be allowed by law.
