I worked for the company for 10 years and was the oldest member in the office. I enjoyed working with the co-workers.

My Co-workers were cool to work with, I enjoyed working with some of the managers from the years that past. I would say they had a great gifts programs during my early years.

Cons

The management was totally clueless. Very conniving and doesn't care about there employees. They lie to you constantly and the General Manager is a puppeteer and the rest of the managers were all puppets. Very slow in change and like many major corporations trying to keep up, this company is just playing the catch up game in the technology market. They don't listen to there employees and no room for advancement.

I am treated like a Family Member, I for once feel happy to come to work and we have many events to make the day more manageable. Its a Good job that lets you grow and help your bottom line which are My Customers. It has a low rate of reps leaving in the call center in Baltimore. By that In Mean In customer service Dispatch is another story

Cons

Just telemarketers who call us a lot all day and all night.
