      Pros

      New office location in South Jersey is nice. Health benefits are pretty good. 401K is standard at 3% match fully vested after 5 years (maybe this should be in the cons).

      Cons

      A lot of turnover within the office from junior level up to senior/principal level. CEO is pompous and believes the firm is a rarefied commodity within the consulting field (about par with most other firms). There are an exorbitant amount of office meetings to attend.

      Pros

      Company takes pride in continued learning and takes on complete cost of doing so, good people to work with, lots to be learned from Roux

      Cons

      Could compensate employees better, mean what you say in terms of safety, big push for billable hours (no surprise) but not rewarded for achievement of 40+ billable hours consistently, sometimes unequal share of work

      A good place to learn but they play favorites and expect you to have no life outside of work.

      Pros

      They really do teach you a lot. There are plenty of resources to learn what you'd like. There is also a good amount of work.

      Cons

      They reward workaholics who choose to lead no outside lives. This is NOT a family friendly work environment which is not good in today's society.
