      Pros

      Pretty good projects especially--only if you are liked and are a highly motivated producer. Another "pro" is there are plenty of other companies to work for in the world, choose wisely.

      Cons

      Ungrateful, sad, dismal atmosphere. Unreasonable billing requirements...for example; If you take a weeks vacation then you are penalized by being considered 0% utilized for that week. Good luck catching up if enjoy a life outside of work!

      Good working environment, provide career advancement if you work very hard, the company has been consistently successful

      Cons

      Too much Bureaucracy due to the growing number of employees in the firm, need to provide more flexibility to employees in regards to work and life balance

      Pros

      There was a lot of Room for growth and long term improvement. Great equal opportunity employer. Sad to leave when I did. Very informative to train new employees

      Cons

      Pay and amount of work do not add up. I'm projects were all over the place. Hard to know where one might be from week to week.
