Pros

Very smart people who are also genuinely nice. Unlimited opportunity. Fast-pace, lots to learn. Good pay, great benefits. Casual environment. Dogs in the office.

Cons

Exploding out of our office space, so it's a little less than desirable. But the leadership is working to get us a new building!

Great Company

Pros

This company allows you to watch other peoples furry loved ones while they are out of the house. The people you meet (and animals too) are lifelong connections and wonderful people. I love everything about the company and job. They provide a hotline in case anything goes wrong during the stay. They are always active on social media sharing content across the US of the cutest pups! You should definitely work for them, nothing not to love!

Cons

The only downside to rover would be the 20% they take out from your commission. Although it is the fee for finding the connections and having the 24/7 hotline for emergencies
