      Pros

      Great inclusivity, very “woke”. Good pay The job is self paced and easy.

      Cons

      Training is kind of weird, could definitely be done better. They won’t answer questions you have and let you be completely confused and freaked out until the end. Will fire you for HR issues that need to be addressed while ALL of HR is on a vacation. Will fire you for medical complications. Not very flexible.

      Leaving was the only brightside

      Cons

      Toxic people and management. Everyone acts like they like each other but talks about everyone behind their back, lots of drama. Pay is far from competitive. Management singles people out till they quit. There is no growth opportunities and they will scam you out of your pay raises with policy changes.
