Pros
This is a fun side gig if you don't mind working weekends and there's opportunity to make tips.
Cons
There's huge communication gaps within the company; we get weekly newsletters, but seldom get retraining opportunities or meetings. The CEO didn't know that the 'anchor nurse' role position existed almost a year into our positions. As someone who used to work on the inside (but got demoted due to their finances), I don't feel like I get adequate information about updates or where the company is headed. They tend to repeat small updates you already know, but forget big picture things that we would actually value.
