      - start up life is fast paced in times of extreme growth, but the team works well together to continue to improve efficiency and streamline processes

      - The team is amazing - everyone is focused on building, very little egos - Great energy and excitement - People truly care about what we're providing to both our customers as well as nurses

      With a start-up environment there are some growing pains, but the team works hard to learn from these practices and to enhance both the internal and external guest experience.
