      Pros

      Other school psychologist are great to work with.

      Cons

      MTSS is hit or miss, but mostly a miss, across the schools in the district. Upper management could be more compassionate. School psychologists are included in the Exemplary Children program so you have to go to meetings that apply to others more.

      Pros

      Great Health Benefits from the State, Decent schedule for the year, holidays and things. Can be rewarding helping students learn what they should know and helping them learn about being better productive Citizens.

      Cons

      The district is counterintuitive from top to bottom. YOU WILL BE OVERWORKED AND BE FORCED TO COMMIT TO OBLIGATIONS AT THE LAST MINUTE, due to their poor planning or not being able to read their mind.

      Amazing Staff, but still building blocks of a system

      Pros

      The staff is very nice and helpful and try to work hard as a team.

      Cons

      There are a lot of issues that come into play with the systems and requirements that are asked of an ITF. They are still building the stages of what a ITF is and there is a lot of tugging and pulling Revolving door of employees and mismanagement from the district level.
