      The kids are always going to be worth it, there is support for beginning teachers, sometimes you will get a bonus.

      Amazing Staff, but still building blocks of a system

      The staff is very nice and helpful and try to work hard as a team.

      Cons

      There are a lot of issues that come into play with the systems and requirements that are asked of an ITF. They are still building the stages of what a ITF is and there is a lot of tugging and pulling Revolving door of employees and mismanagement from the district level.
