Free meals, most of the staff on the school level is great, day passes quickly

Cons

Trained by other subs, some of which have only a week of experience, pay is decent if you can actually get paid, county office staff doesn't care about actually fixing their screw ups, SAMS system calls you for submitting jobs even when school is cancelled for snow, no one is on the same page
