Available work, enjoy the students, being able to choose work schedule

Cons

Lack of respect from students, being switched around to cover other classes where a sub is not available, covering lunch, bus, & before or after school duties. THE ALLOWING OF CELL PHONES IN & OUT OF CLASS DEFINITELY NEEDS TO STOP!!!
