great place to start out - chill IFT company with the occasional code 2

doing code 1's all the time can get mind numbing - some more code 2's would have been nice but it's not something you can really control

I feel appreciated by the management. This makes my job satisfying every day.

Cons

This is the best company I have ever worked for. Of course, like in every company, employees occasionally encounter problems, but they are not major and get addressed immediately.
