Pros

Great atmosphere with fun coworkers. It's a great place to start out right out of EMT school. Fun outside of work company bonding events. They understand that it's a stepping stone for people right out of school, and can work around other school schedules and other jobs.

Cons

Pay is average with BLS companies in the Bay Area (under the living wage of living in the bay area, not Royals fault at all, just a fault of the BLS system). Can be hard to get shifts once an academy clears field training.
