Pros

Royal Automotive provided a fast paced work place. Everyone was kind and willing to help the other employees out. Management was willing to implement new technologies when it was necessary.

Cons

Faced paced environment sometimes led to false realization of goals. Sometimes employees faced with too many projects at once. It was workable.

Pros

Really liked my advisors and fellow techs. The newer Kias are fairly easy to work on.

Cons

No A/C, warranty work doesn't pay well, hard to make hours when you only have 1 bay.
