Some people were great. Training was fun. My first RM was great.

Cons

Terrible management. Rule by fear environment. Unrealistic goals. Poor pay and comp plan. Some glaring incompetence promoted. Intelligence is not rewarded.

A lot of really great, fun people in the sales team.

Cons

All of the warnings about terrible, fear based management are 100% on the money. If you're a true sales person, stay away. Falling into the right clique is far more important than driving results. The 5 Principles are used in a very selective manner. Basically they're used to justify any decision that management wants to make. Why was a nutritional/formulation decision made? Because science. Can you see that research? Eh... probably not. Probably proprietary.
