Pros

the benefits (100% coverage on insurance, reimbursement for public transit) , the office( sit/stand desk, FREE coke machine, free beer, game room), other departments being accessible at all times ( that is a true live saver at times), AWESOME Executive staff- on that Kara Brown (VP of Marketing) always there if you need things and open to your ideas and Brian Simms (COS) there to boost the sales teams and knowledge of sales to help them succeed. Sales Managers are great at connecting with all sales reps to help on their strengths and weakness, they are able to relate to them based on their personalities. Given leads and the tools to make the sales, base pay is really good. Nate Morris is by far the best owner i have ever worked for. He makes you feel so pumped about Rubicon, your job and his staff. He has an open door policy and returns all emails with in 24 hours. I dont know any CEO or top executive that will come mingle and reply to entry level staff. If for no other reason HE is why I would have a hard time leaving. He really inspires you.

Cons

the turn over is high, some of the expectation can be unreachable, there is favoritism for some employees ( they are held to a difficult standard and given accounts and tools they haven't earned). nothing is black and white (mostly because it is a start up), the commission structure is not equal to all reps (new to old). Overall, you are going to have bad things and people at any job, but this place has great potential. The management/executive team is open and upfront when there are MAJOR issues.

Pros

This company is innovative & a great start up. The benefits are amazing, healthcare & vacation policies. Team members are great to work with. Most managers do not micro-manage their employees so it allows each employee to be able to excel at their position & get work done. If employees make mistakes, the managers are very understanding and will work through the issues with them rather than punishing them for errors.

Cons

Training, processes and on-boarding can use a bit of work. When I started Rubicon, I was new to this industry and was given very little tools to perform my position to the best. But processes are getting better day-by-day. At times, different departments tend to not help one another, this can improve with some upper management guidance. I have been here for over a year and I did not have a 90-day performance review nor an annual review yet.
