Pros

Pros: Some talented and passionate coworkers who genuinely cared about doing good work. Exposure to interesting projects and clients. Decent work-from-home flexibility and modern tools.

Cons

Cons: Leadership lacks transparency and consistency in handling performance concerns. Despite successfully completing a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), I was unexpectedly terminated without warning, which felt disheartening and unjust. Morale suffers due to high turnover and a culture that often feels more punitive than supportive. Little room for real growth or psychological safety if you're not in the right circle.

Flexible Schedule and ability to work in a remote environment

Cons

There has not been any pay raises or bonuses since company went public. People keep on leaving or being fired and the few remaining have to take on more work for no pay.

Pros

Remote. Job is not difficult - can be very busy but its easy work if you stay on top of your stuff.

Cons

No pay raises in almost 3 years. No bonuses during that same period - despite them being part of your job offer. Pay is very low compared similar positions at other companies. Finances are a mess and layoffs stress every out and then those positions are never back-filled, creating more work for the same amount of money. We had free health insurance for a while then we had to pay - so we made even less money than before.
