Pros

- Fully remote can be well-suited for some (e.g. parents) - Some managers were kind and upkept good work-life balance

Cons

- Unrealistic workloads on many teams - 0 training provided - C-suite couldn't be more slimy. They preach positivity while the company does worse and worse. - Layoffs are regular, leading to fear and valued senior staff leaving - Daily gossip and in-fighting, especially between sales and account execution teams - Waste haulers (who are KEY to Rubicon's business model) don't want to work with Rubicon because of chronic late payments - Tech provided (e.g. software) didn't work from day one, with no IT department to help troubleshoot - Key software was outdated and slowed down basic tasks
