Unlimited PTO, interesting and meaningful work.

Under the hood the economics were always broken, poor leadership and "growing at any cost" led to massive spending that was exposed when the company went public. Led to massive layoffs, a sale of assets, and cost cutting. The company is struggling to find its footing again. Promotions and raises based on favoritism Lack of communication and transparency Low moral all around
