      -Excellent Hours -Always Busy -Easy Menu to learn

      Cons

      -PPA is low, so if you don't work at a busy location, it might not be lucrative -waking up early takes getting used to

      You work days. The coffee is good.

      Cons

      Mostly a Baby Boomer work mentality. This is not a great work place for Gen X or Millennials. It feels like a dictatorship rather than a team.
