      Pros

      - management is open to change if it makes a process better - gives unlimited resources to achieve - fast growing - community invovlement - quarterly bonuses for management - get to be home for dinner

      Cons

      - growing fast, so sometimes things get lost in the shuffle - there is sometimes a lot on a managers plate and things get pushed down the priority line - early morning

      Pros

      Great team members at all levels. Day-time hours can’t be beat. One of my favorite things about all-day breakfast & brunch is that you get to help your guests have a great day!

      Cons

      The bar is high and processes are always evolving. If you’re a status quo mentality, this isn’t the place for you.
