Pros

Nice new building One of a kind product Cold brew Snacks, enough to keep you from

Cons

Inexperience management with no real industry experience. Manages a team of talented people from pep talks read in books. Typical my way or the highway approach with no leadership qualities. Forced “culture” that no one liked or participated in. You’re expected to work well over 8 hours a day while management barely works a full week. No set breaks, if you’re lucky you’ll get a lunch break unless management decides to prolong another useless meeting, Unless you’re a cookie cutter version of what management likes you won’t be there long.

- Culture has shifted from collaborative to fear-based under new leadership - HR operates in alignment with leadership rather than as an independent or supportive resource - Lack of transparency and accountability in decision-making - Leadership turnover has hurt morale, momentum, and continuity

Pros

-Unlimited PTO. -Space to try and learn things. -Free rugs and furniture when Levity went out of business.

Cons

-Inexperienced management team. -Politics and nepotism. If you're not a personal friend of management, you will be overlooked for positions and shifts. -No work life balance if you're working in operations. -3 layoffs which brought moral of the manufacturing team super low, but management never cared to check on their employees. -Managers consistently talking negativity about hourly employees. -Employee Engagement and Culture at an all time low.
