Came in early to Ruggable for growth/career opportunities. Culture was amazing and everyone believed in the collective vision. As the company has grown dramatically, its dedication to its employees has not. Morale continues to worsen and there is no clear direction from leadership. It also has become evident that there is no investment being made in the D&I space, which is worrisome. Every single person that works here is a consultant - very little diversity.
