-Remote work options -Awesome team-mates -Responsive management, all hands meetings/very communicative company-wide -Good support throughout covid -Overtime provided -Immersive training program - one of the best I've seen -Opportunity for growth

Cons

-Low pay, despite experience (this is a HUGE deal considering the economy and cost of living) - $15.00 an hour does NOT cut it even if you are remote & working overtime as much as possible - not a livable wage by any means -Health insurance cost $$ considering low pay already
