Pros

I have to say I am very happy to be part of the Path Team. The on-boarding process took a couple of weeks but was very thorough. They cleared me for several insurance agencies and set up profiles on mental health provider sites. I am able to set my own schedule and had 12 initials in my first week! They always answer the phone and respond to emails within a day or two for lessor issues. I have already received my first paycheck and the only problems were mistakes I made, but they were easily fixed.

Cons

The AdvancedMD software is the only negative. It is not very intuitive and you will need to download a spell checker. It's not a huge learning curve, but they are available when you get stuck.

Pros

Path is a great organization to work for if you're seeking to transition into private practice. Path provides a great balance of autonomy/flexibility and support. There are opportunities for consultation and continued support from the company and other clinicians. Also, the therapists are compensated well for the services provided. Additionally, the system utilized to document patient records is intuitive and easy to navigate. I cannot recommend this company enough!
