I have been working with Path for the past few months and I have been blow away by the quality of the people and the dedication to the mission. Path really does prioritize taking care of their providers and making sure that they have the tools and caseload that works for each therapist.

Cons

Sometimes it can take a bit longer to build caseload in newer geographies

I haven't had a single patient assigned to me since Jan 31st when I completed the training and have been credentialed with multiple payers. I applied to Path in 12/4/21, interviewed/hired 12/9/21, Onboarding 1/31/22, and have yet to receive any patients. Don't waste your time here. Find another company to work for.
