      Growing Fast with a Start Up Feel

      Pros

      The people that work here are fantastic. Everyone has a voice and opinions are respected. I am excited to come into work everyday because the work is challenging and the people make it worth coming in. There is a lot of flexibility and trust from upper management. You don't have people breathing down your neck all the time, they treat you like you are an adult and let you get your work done in your own way and rarely step in and interfere.

      Cons

      The benefits are good but not great. They are currently trying to keep up with larger companies but we are still growing and with that comes some growing pains.

      Fun culture, creative smart people, passionate co-workers, variety of projects, opportunity to grow and learn anything you want. Supporting executives and down to earth. RUN treats its employees very well and takes a special interest in showing appreciation

      quick changing environment can be challenging but fun!

      Pros

      This is the best job I have ever had. The company is growing and I see great things happening for all the employees. There is vacation time the pay is good and it's a growing a learning environment and who doesn't want a Microsoft vendor on their resume? If you expect to be paid for doing nothing and are lazy, then this is not the place for you. We all work hard and help each other and there is open communication which is wonderful. Also not true about the W-2 to 1099 to avoid vacation/overtime, as a matter of fact it's just the opposite so whoever said that is dead wrong and doesn't know anything about the business.

      Cons

      Whiners who complain about getting paid to do nothing. This is a great place to work if you don't think so then you are not a good employee!
