Pros

It is work and you get paid ( low pay )

Cons

Employees are ran by the HR department so if you have an issue with you boss you are treated in a very hustle way Pushing employees from w2 to 1099 to avoid vacation and Holladay pay. Sick time forget it. Just come to work sick. Watch your back with this company, they do have people trying to find things wrong with you, not to see if you are going a good job

Pros

The company promotes a great culture of working as a team to accomplish goals. You can depend on anyone for help and getting any questions answered. Management wants to help you grow into the role you would like to be in down the road through training and coaching.

Cons

I don't particularly see any downsides to working at RUN.

Pros

Up-to-date technology and equipment. Big name corporate clients. Impressive video division.

Cons

Highly unorganized project management often resulted in unrealistic expectations, long hours, and mediocre results. Pay was not great. As a full-time employee, I was regularly required to work upwards of 60 hours a week (often including weekend) for large projects and never received overtime. Communicating with HR was always difficult. Pervading office politics crippled productivity. There was a heavy emphasis on profits that didn’t leave much room for passion or creativity. High turnover rate created a tense work environment.
