Worked at Microsoft Production Studios where the people were very friendly and there was always time to learn from others. Upper management always made you feel welcome.

Cons

Opportunities for promotion / raises were fleeting.

The people who work there are incredibly fun, kind and creative. Many great and funny personalities that all get along very well and achieve a common goal.

Cons

Corporate Video production is a grind and sometime becomes stale.

- Modern, fun culture! - Always working on exciting, creative projects - Always looking for new ways to improve as a competitive business and to take better care of their clients and employees. - We work hard, but the company is flexible and gracious with employee's work/life balance. - Consistent check-ins with supervisors with bonuses and raises as appropriate.

Cons

- A comparatively young company, so still experiencing some growing pains, but I am confident that the company will be a force to be reckoned with in the PNW.
