      Pros

      I started at RUN Studios not too long ago and I couldn’t be happier. Awesome environment, wonderful people, great company culture. It is refreshing to work in an environment where employees are passionate about what they do and genuinely want to be there. RUN fosters open dialogue, welcomes new ideas, values diversity, and encourages innovative thinking. There is support from all levels to challenge yourself, develop new skills, and set you up for success. If you are a go getter who is willing to take on new responsibilities and jump at new opportunities, then RUN Studios would be a great fit.

      Parking is limited but benefits available for public transportation

      Pros

      The people that work here are fantastic. Everyone has a voice and opinions are respected. I am excited to come into work everyday because the work is challenging and the people make it worth coming in. There is a lot of flexibility and trust from upper management. You don't have people breathing down your neck all the time, they treat you like you are an adult and let you get your work done in your own way and rarely step in and interfere.

      Cons

      The benefits are good but not great. They are currently trying to keep up with larger companies but we are still growing and with that comes some growing pains.

      Fun culture, creative smart people, passionate co-workers, variety of projects, opportunity to grow and learn anything you want. Supporting executives and down to earth. RUN treats its employees very well and takes a special interest in showing appreciation

      Cons

      quick changing environment can be challenging but fun!
