There are a lot of really wonderful people to collaborate with and plenty of opportunity to learn corporate video production.

Cons

Not enough creativity in projects. Limited room to grow. No such thing as a work/life balance.

RUN is a great place to work. Everyone is very kind and management actively tries to help you succeed.

Cons

When working on other teams such as Amazon or Microsoft you have to use a RUN email and an Amazon or Microsoft email which can be a bit much.
