Pros

Pay, awesome customers and co workers.

Cons

Nepotism, restrictive hours and hiring, minimal staff is expected to pull extra weight. Store manager is verbally agressive and unsupportive. Employees are becoming burned out and looking for somewhere to be treated better.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your time at our Morris, IL location did not meet your expectations. Pros

Good team of people to work with depending on location. Pay is somewhat fair at the store I’m at.

Cons

Schedule is inconsistent. Some of the corporate management is a joke.

DO MORE WITH LESS

Pros

Most of us have developed great customer relations.

Cons

Less employees and more is expected. We have about half the employees as when I started and we are expected to work twice as hard with less of a raise. Every other weekend is mandatory as full OR part time employees. Many are getting burned out and share they are ready to quit. The revolving door here is spinning faster and faster. Management is apparently NOT supported from up top.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your recognition of the strong customer relationships our team has built—this is a testament to your dedication and professionalism. We also hear your concerns regarding staffing levels, workload, compensation, and weekend scheduling. Burnout is a serious issue, and we understand how these challenges can impact morale and retention. While some operational demands are difficult to avoid, we are actively reviewing our staffing models and compensation structures to better support our team. Your feedback about weekend shifts and the need for more flexibility is especially valuable, and we are exploring ways to make scheduling more sustainable for everyone. We’re committed to creating a healthier work environment and will continue to advocate for the resources and support our teams need. Please know that your voice matters, and we encourage you to reach out directly to HR or your manager with any specific suggestions or concerns. Thank you again for your honesty and for being part of the team.
