Market standard pay low head count so people are easily reachable good location and great looking office flexibility to take off from work

Cons

Micromanagement by CTO on login and logoff time 9-6 must stay at work No WFH - not even during pandemic Employees are divided into relative and non-relative group Very low level of politics by relatives

Lots of opportunities; there's always areas that can be explored and new initiatives to pursue. Beautiful office, generous CEO, lots of food!

Cons

Environment is more competitive than collaborative, CSO and CTO are hostile and foster an unhealthy work environment
