      Good place to learn and grow

      Pros

      This company gave a boost to my career. I learned much more in 3 years than in past 7 years of my career. I'm thankful to this company for where I am. If you work with interest and take ownership, you'll get every opportunity to grow. Everyone will appreciate and respect you. There is no bonus structure but they give raises often. The immigration department is also very good. They do the documentation thoroughly and the process is very quick. Immigration lawyers are very knowledgeable. The approval rate is very high. They pay for full tuition.

      Cons

      Management is a bit fickle but that is in every company.

      Pros

      The people that work here are amazing including the CEO. One time I did a good job on a project and Ravi called me directly to acknowledge it. I used to work in a toxic environment at another job and this is one of the best work environments I have worked in. My manager supports me and knows the career growth I would like and provides direction on how I can achieve my goals.

      Cons

      There can be negativity around topics that seem minimal. This is a first job for some people so I think it's just lack of experience. Additionally, I think PTO can be improved. PTO is accrued but also has an expiration date.

      Pros

      When the only pro to a company is the free food and even that is not even good. That is all you have to know.

      Cons

      The only real reason to work here is for a visa sponsorship. But word of caution nothing comes for free, you will need to be prepared to be emotionally drained from dealing with an overwhelming amount of internal politics, lack of effective leadership, condescending attitudes, and overall poor management from the C-suite.
