Went downhill as a workplace, fast

Pros

some very smart and nice people, decent perks

Cons

A very toxic culture of nepotism and favoritism. The company had a great culture as recently as couple of years ago where everyone could contribute and grow, but it now turned into a politics-driven, lie-to-get-ahead, fearful place. Loyalty to the ceo is rewarded, being good at what you do isn't as important anymore.

Hard workers with good vibes

Pros

Really good people, very collaborative, nobody is territorial, and everyone genuinely wants to accomplish the lofty goals of the business. It helps that the mission is honestly worthwhile - gives a sense of purpose to the work. That, and how intelligent and warm the people in the company are, make it easy to come to work.

Cons

Progress has not always been easy. Over the past year the company has had a tendency to run before it could walk, which meant things breaking. It's definitely hard if you're not comfortable with what they call a "dynamic environment."

Pros

RxSense is a 3 year old startup launched by industry veterans, so you get to experience startup culture while working alongside people with deep healthcare relationships and experience. The business model is interesting, too, in that it comprises a B2B tech business as well as a direct-to-consumer marketing arm. Employees – whether working on the B2B or DTC side of the house – are united by a desire to provide a great product/service… and to win!

Cons

The stage of growth of the company means that it probably isn’t right for people who don’t like fast-moving, challenging environments.
