Mostly great coworkers, 1199 Union benefits

Cons

No room for growth, mass layoffs without warnings, minimal wage increase, very short staffed, quick burnout, no current union contract

Pay is good. Great coworkers , for the most part. Great benefits. No micro managing from Supervisor

Cons

Lots of callouts-short staffed- so you have to cover other floors. Breakroom is tiny.
