Great Clinical Practice! Very difficult place to work.

Pros

-Amazing patients! :) -Getting to serve the medically underserved community that I live in. -Community focused initiatives -Can receive healthcare services at work -Great locations--easily accessible to different forms of transportation.

Cons

-Toxic work culture of elitism -Very hierarchal work structure (top-down leadership) -Difficult to move up the corporate ladder -Institutional racism -HR is extremely difficult to work with. -Salaries are not competitive
