      Pros

      Ryan, LLC allows its employees to succeed by not demanding an 8-5 work schedule. Flexible work arrangements are not discouraged at all and performance is measured in results not hours. Similarly, compensation has a direct correlation to results and the company shares its success with the employees thorough a profit sharing plan.

      Cons

      Not many negative things to mention, but like any organization, there is a bit of bureaucracy in achieving some fairly simple tasks . Upper management has been working on these issues., however.

      Pros

      I have worked at Ryan for 15 years and am proud to be a part of a company that has grown and developed into a major global tax consulting firm! I love the MyRyan work environment which allows me to assist my 87 year old father on a regular basis without fear of complaints, while still responsibly handling my workload in a remote environment when needed. Ryan takes community service seriously and with enthusiasm. Executive management keep communications open to the whole company. Ryan shares its success with employees.

      Cons

      A flexible work environment is not for everyone and some may take advantage of it. There seems to be more and more competitiveness between teams that used to work together and share ideas.
