Office is in nice location

Cons

If you’re going to work for RSG, make sure it is for the broker or underwriting side. Do not work for any corporate role because you will be overworked and you will be underpaid. This place is incredibly stingy with its resources and will work you to the bone without giving you a raise.

If you actually try to do process improvements that would benefit the company as a whole, be prepared for pushback. Or you can resolve issues with vendors but in doing so you can’t keep up with the “Processing” requirements be prepared to be cut
