Pros

Ryder pays well and is a fun working environment. You also get weekends off besides working sometimes on Saturdays. Great job!

Cons

Ryder has an outdated system and has limited truck availability during summer months. Hard to move up in the company is you are not into sales.

Some of the employees are a joy to work with an the overall job is not that difficult, although their system is interesting.

Cons

Their HR department is horrible. They are not on the same page. I was misinformed on a number of different topics and they do not care at all. Overall a very disappointing experience.
