Not much help or communication from management

I’m part of a contract with another company working on their sites. Pay is not sustainable. There are no annual or merit based increases. They will tell you they’re going to get you a raise but then it never happens and they’ll blame it on this contract renewal. 401k match but you only get to keep it all if you stay more than 5 years with the company. No path to moving up in the company from this position.
